In the 14th minute Börge Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Ström in the 15th minute of play forced Falkenberg FF's goalkeeper Arvid Tunberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Börge Blom to make the kick off. After 51 minutes, Martin Ahlerot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ratpack Rovers FC and the Falkenberg FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 51 played minutes Ratpack Rovers FC got a freekick which was hit by Martin Ahlerot. Stefan Arvidsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 苏政志, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eddie Ström hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Arvid Tunberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Ahlerot in the 62nd minute of play. Ratpack Rovers FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
