Alexander Eliasson came out of the goal and Tobias Bjurström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Leonardo Berggren sped through Knivsta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alexander Eliasson. Tobias Bjurström struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Alexander Eliasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orsa IF. Alexander Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Berggren in the 10th minute of the match. The supporters of Orsa IF booed when Knivsta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Kellman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Bjurström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Eliasson having to interfere. When Leonardo Berggren came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Orsa IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Berggren couldn't finish the play. Leonardo Berggren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Eliasson having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Knivsta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gösta Carlsson to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Berggren in the 28th minute of play. With his leg Alexander Eliasson managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Orsa IF's Stig Hedbom fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Leonardo Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Jonny Vidman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Tobias Bjurström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gösta Carlsson hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Tobias Bjurström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Eliasson was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Orsa IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Allan Persson in the 57th minute. Stig Hermansson made a great header on Orsa IF's corner, it was just that Knivsta's Alexander Eliasson managed to reach the ball for a save. During the 64th minute of the match Gösta Carlsson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gösta Carlsson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 65 played minutes Knivsta got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Carlsson. Alexander Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Bjurström in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Orsa IF booed when Knivsta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Lindqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 played minutes, Orsa IF's Allan Persson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alexander Eliasson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Orsa IF reached it. Leonardo Berggren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Eliasson having to interfere. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Leonardo Berggren sped through Knivsta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alexander Eliasson. In the 76th minute Tobias Bjurström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Bjurström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonardo Berggren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Eliasson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Bjurström in the 94th minute of play forced Knivsta's goalkeeper Alexander Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Bjurström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Alexander Eliasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Orsa IF had played much better football throughout.
