After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Aleksander Bollström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sjötorp's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksander Bollström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Vollander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sjötorp's Stefan Giliusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Mårtensson in the 21st minute of play. When Karl-Erik Pååk fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sjötorp's protests and gave Karl-Erik Pååk a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, Sjötorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Erik Pååk to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Giliusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Mårtensson in the 30th minute of the match. Sjötorp's Stefan Giliusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Mårtensson in the 40th minute of play. Stefan Giliusson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Salqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. A collision led to Konga FF getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Emanuel Källberg hit a great ball. Stefan Giliusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Mårtensson in the 48th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Salqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sjötorp's zone, Stefan Salqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Giliusson came out of the goal and Stefan Salqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joel Göransson charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Göransson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th minute, Joel Göransson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Konga FF's Stefan Salqvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stefan Giliusson. That made the score 0-1 after 59 minutes of play. The supporters of Konga FF booed when Sjötorp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Göransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Stefan Salqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Giliusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tomas Nyman fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Konga FF's protests and gave Tomas Nyman a yellow card for diving instead. Sjötorp's Mats Liljeström was substituted for Fredrik Blom. Tomas Nyman kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Konga FF's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Östensson came free, but Alexander Vollander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Andreas Mårtensson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefan Giliusson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Konga FF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
