Axel Bolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Vik in the 5th minute of play. Sture Kruuse acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 8th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Harry Stålman. In the 8th match minute, Duff IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Göransson to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th match minute, Duff IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralf Boklund to maneuver through the defense. Axel Bolin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rasmus Vik's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 30 minutes into the match, AS Catenaccio di Skåne's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Allbom came free, but Axel Bolin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 minutes, Rasmus Vik made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. AS Catenaccio di Skåne's Axel Bolin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute, Rasmus Vik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Bolin came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Duff IF's Lennart Smed. But to his dismay, Lennart Smed quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rasmus Vik was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Rasmus Vik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Bolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rasmus Vik let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 62nd minute shot 0-5 at rihgt post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ragnar Biörkman during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 69 minutes into the match, Rasmus Vik notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of AS Catenaccio di Skåne's Axel Bolin. Axel Bolin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Duff IF's Lars-Erik Allbom got a free kick in the 74th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rasmus Vik in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Axel Bolin saved AS Catenaccio di Skåne from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in AS Catenaccio di Skåne's zone, Lennart Smed stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Bolin came out of the goal and Lennart Smed tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 86 played minutes AS Catenaccio di Skåne got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Brander. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Duff IF's goalkeeper Sture Kruuse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Sten Henriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in AS Catenaccio di Skåne's zone, Rasmus Vik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Bolin came out of the goal and Rasmus Vik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Duff IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AS Catenaccio di Skåne throughout the match.
