Fritz Vestlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Almfort having to interfere. Ulf Lund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Lang in the 21st minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Fjärdhundra IFK got a freekick which was hit by Pål Sundberg. 26 minutes into the match, Nicklas Hedlund notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Fjärdhundra IFK's Ulf Lund. Ulf Lund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute Fritz Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulf Lund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kjell Njurenius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Tim Wallmark got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Strömsnäsbruk BF's Fritz Lang slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ulf Lund. That made the score 0-5 after 62 minutes of play. Fjärdhundra IFK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joseph Bergvall in the 73rd minute. The corner ended in Joseph Bergvall almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Strömsnäsbruk BF's Ruben Almfort did a great save. Simon Björnberg's late challenge caught a Fjärdhundra IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Björnberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fjärdhundra IFK booed when Strömsnäsbruk BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Strömsnäsbruk BF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
