FRKA Haslamska's Albano Oliverio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save FRKA Haslamska from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Almarín Harroyo during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kennet Nilsson got free with Albano Oliverio in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 27 played minutes FRKA Haslamska got a freekick which was hit by Inge Nordlund. Albano Oliverio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lennart Edström went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Dan Kjellqvist put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Albano Oliverio. Almarín Harroyo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

In the 53rd match minute, FRKA Haslamska was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Håkansson to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, IFK Göteborg's Matthias Hamberg got a free kick in the 55th minute. Albano Oliverio had in the 61stth minute some difficulties stopping Bo-Erik Harlén's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 63 minutes into the match, FRKA Haslamska's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Berg came free, but Albano Oliverio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olov Granberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rikard Söderberg having to interfere. Lennart Edström scored 5-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albano Oliverio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erland Andreasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 74th minute, Erland Andreasson made a precise shot to the right of Rikard Söderberg. IFK Göteborg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. In the 92nd minute, Marcel Mesquita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FRKA Haslamska's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
