The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tage Flinck was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Liverpool FC's Tage Flinck slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Johannes Östensson. That made the score 1-4 after 76 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reine Vestlund in the 80th minute of play forced Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Mauro da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils-Emil Bagge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Tage Flinck put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Johannes Östensson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tage Flinck in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johannes Östensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
