Alto Gøl charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alto Gøl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, AC Milan TM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alto Gøl to maneuver through the defense. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, AC Milan TM's Lucrețiu Sfetcu got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Lars Meesters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AC Milan TM throughout the match.
