Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chesney Lambourne started the match with the kick off. Grabbarna BK's John Ambjörnsson got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th match minute, Grabbarna BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joar Wallgren to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 7 minutes, Jörgen Falkrans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Svärdsjö IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörgen Falkrans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edmund Galle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Libor Chalupský tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If John Ambjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Borre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Libor Chalupský having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Svärdsjö IF's zone, Nils-Emil Göransson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ian Strand came out of the goal and Nils-Emil Göransson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Grabbarna BK's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Bergqvist came free, but Libor Chalupský reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hannes Hasselqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hannes Hasselqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Svärdsjö IF booed when Grabbarna BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Hasselqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Fabiano Lira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ian Strand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Libor Chalupský made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Galle in the 37th minute of play. Libor Chalupský took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Galle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Chesney Lambourne came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Grabbarna BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chesney Lambourne couldn't finish the play. Libor Chalupský made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Borre in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Edmund Galle made the kick off in the second half. Libor Chalupský made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Galle in the 53rd minute of play. Libor Chalupský took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Borre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Libor Chalupský came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Svärdsjö IF's Edmund Galle. But to his dismay, Edmund Galle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Sven-Arne Bergström hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Luís Fabiano Lira made a precise shot to the right of Ian Strand. Svärdsjö IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 71st minute, Erland Nyberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Svärdsjö IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Grabbarna BK's zone, Daniel Borre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Libor Chalupský came out of the goal and Daniel Borre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Svärdsjö IF's Daniel Borre got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 87th match minute, Grabbarna BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Emil Göransson to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Grabbarna BK getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Nils-Emil Göransson hit a great ball. After 90 minutes of play, Svärdsjö IF's Edmund Galle made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Libor Chalupský was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ian Strand made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Chesney Lambourne sent off a good shot on target. Many of Grabbarna BK's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Grabbarna BK may have spent more time on the ball, but Svärdsjö IF were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
