An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Holmberg in the 7th minute of play forced Ljungaverk IFK's goalkeeper Henrik Myr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Costanza got a throw-in 13 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Algot Henriksson. 17 minutes into the game, Ove Ryberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eskil Lundgren. Ove Ryberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazcano Castellanos in the 21st minute of play forced Ramsele's goalkeeper Eskil Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ramsele getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Håkan Skog hit a great ball. In the 27th minute Bernt Billing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Myr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ljungaverk IFK getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jens-Åke Blomqvist hit a great ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Martin Norberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ljungaverk IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Norberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazcano Castellanos in the 36th minute of play forced Ramsele's goalkeeper Eskil Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Ramsele's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Åke Blomqvist came free, but Eskil Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eskil Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Ryberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 3-0 became the score in the 42nd minute when Ove Ryberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 45th minute Ove Ryberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Lundgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ove Ryberg to make the kick off. Eskil Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Åke Blomqvist in the 52nd minute of play. Eskil Lundgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ove Ryberg went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Ramsele getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Håkan Skog hit a great ball. Algot Henriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Ramsele's Eskil Lundgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Ryberg in the 60th minute of play. Eskil Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Lundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. When Algot Henriksson fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ljungaverk IFK's protests and gave Algot Henriksson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ramsele booed when Ljungaverk IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Algot Henriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Håkan Skog hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Martin Norberg took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eskil Lundgren. Eskil Lundgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Ryberg in the 75th minute of play forced Ramsele's goalkeeper Eskil Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Lazcano Castellanos notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Ramsele's Eskil Lundgren. Eskil Lundgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ljungaverk IFK's Algot Henriksson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Freddie Åkerman, made in the 85th minute of the game. Freddie Hagström made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jörgen Ahlroht however managed to control. Algot Henriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lazcano Castellanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eskil Lundgren having to interfere. There was no doubt that Ljungaverk IFK were the better team. Ljungaverk IFK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
