The audience thought a goal was coming when Per-Oskar Malmström got free with Thomas Kristiansson in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FK Crvena Zvezda's Thomas Kristiansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save FK Crvena Zvezda from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, FK Crvena Zvezda's Thomas Kristiansson got control of the ball when Roy Vennerström tried to sneak it across the goal line.
