Isak Hellbom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute, Sundbyberg AIS's Isak Hellbom dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Göran Lindqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Åke Zachrisson, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, Sundbyberg AIS's Östen Nilsson got a free kick in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isak Hellbom got free with Albert Stephansson in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kristian Wallengren struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Albert Stephansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sundbyberg AIS. 17 minutes into the match, Sundbyberg AIS's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Karlsson came free, but Göran Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristian Wallengren struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Albert Stephansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sundbyberg AIS. With a little luck, Svenstavik's Albert Stephansson got control of the ball when Isak Hellbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Isak Hellbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, Åke Zachrisson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Göran Lindqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kristian Wallengren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Albert Stephansson came out and tried to block the shot, but Kristian Wallengren slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 29th minute. In the 41st minute, Åke Zachrisson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sundbyberg AIS's Magnus Karlsson got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Göran Lindqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudolf Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rudolf Karlsson in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Göran Lindqvist saved Sundbyberg AIS from getting behind. Göran Lindqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Zachrisson in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rudolf Karlsson made a kick off. Albert Stephansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Wallengren in the 52nd minute of play. After 57 played minutes Sundbyberg AIS got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Rudqvist. Sundbyberg AIS's Gabriel Rudqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Kristian Wallengren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isak Hellbom took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albert Stephansson. Albert Stephansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Isak Hellbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89thth minute of the game Isak Hellbom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Svenstavik's Albert Stephansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristian Wallengren in the 95th minute of play forced Svenstavik's goalkeeper Albert Stephansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albert Stephansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristian Wallengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
