Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. José Carlos Vander started the match with the kick off. Fredric Tomasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Kellman in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Kellman in the 3rd minute of play forced Wångboys BK's goalkeeper Fredric Tomasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arne Jonasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Carlos Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arne Jonasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rikard Johansson's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. José Carlos Vander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Arne Jonasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Marino Bajo fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wångboys BK's protests and gave Marino Bajo a yellow card for diving instead. Marino Bajo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anton Grep in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Jonasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ernst Ljungberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Arne Jonasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wångboys BK's Ernst Ljungberg got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 24 minutes, Anton Grep managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wångboys BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anton Grep was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arne Jonasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Johansson in the 32nd minute of play. The Wångboys BK fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Wångboys BK's José Carlos Vander looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Lingbo BF booed when Wångboys BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernst Ljungberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 minutes of play, Lingbo BF's Emanuel Gulliksson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredric Tomasson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 46th minute, Lingbo BF's Arvin Melin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fredric Tomasson. Fredric Tomasson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Ernst Ljungberg sped through Lingbo BF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arne Jonasson. Lingbo BF's Arne Jonasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Lingbo BF from getting a goal against them. Arne Jonasson made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when José Carlos Vander sent off a good shot on target. Fredric Tomasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolf Kellman in the 58th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tobias Ålberg in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arne Jonasson saved Lingbo BF from getting behind. Anton Grep fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Jonasson having to interfere. José Carlos Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Wångboys BK booed when Lingbo BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolf Kellman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arne Jonasson made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Carlos Vander in the 64th minute. Arne Jonasson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anton Grep showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 71 minute of play. Arne Jonasson made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Carlos Vander in the 76th minute. Arvin Melin's late challenge caught a Wångboys BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arvin Melin helped the player get up and apologised. Arvin Melin hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Rikard Johansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernst Ljungberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Arne Jonasson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ernst Ljungberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Arne Jonasson made a huge save. Arvin Melin kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Lingbo BF got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Kellman. Ernst Ljungberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-4 in the 94th playminute. Wångboys BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
