Spectators: 7181 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 51) Broby BK's Leonardo Nord started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Eslövs BK's zone, Rasmus Berg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernani Marques came out of the goal and Rasmus Berg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hernani Marques was a little too slow when Leonardo Nord got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Nord got free with Hernani Marques in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute Jan-Ove Bergqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Malmström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes, Rickard Berggren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eslövs BK and the Broby BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Broby BK made a substitution. Birger Säfström replaced Rasmus Berg. Arne Malmström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Ove Bergqvist in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Birger Säfström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hernani Marques. The goal made the score 2-0. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Donato Pirani put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arne Malmström. 26 minutes into the match, Donato Pirani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Malmström. Broby BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Donato Pirani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 31st match minute, Broby BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Vennerdal to maneuver through the defense. Donato Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute Jan-Ove Bergqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Malmström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Broby BK's Arne Malmström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Pirani in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Donato Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Malmström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Eslövs BK booed when Broby BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Hökkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven Hökkvist's late challenge caught a Eslövs BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven Hökkvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute, Sven Hökkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Malmström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Hamnberg in the 42nd minute of the match. Broby BK's Arne Malmström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Pirani in the 44th minute of play. Jan Lidberg kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Broby BK's Hernani Marques threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leonardo Nord, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Eslövs BK made a substitution. Tobias Biörkman replaced Åke Martinsson. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donato Pirani to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Jan-Ove Bergqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eslövs BK's goalkeeper Hernani Marques, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 59 minutes of play, Eslövs BK's Jan-Ove Bergqvist made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arne Malmström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arne Malmström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Ove Bergqvist in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Nord in the 64th minute of play forced Eslövs BK's goalkeeper Hernani Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Broby BK's Arne Malmström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Broby BK from getting a goal against them. Arne Malmström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Ove Bergqvist in the 67th minute. Leonardo Nord's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernani Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Arne Malmström made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Jan-Ove Bergqvist sent off a good shot on target. After 72 minutes, Sixten Aronsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eslövs BK and the Broby BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Eslövs BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixten Aronsson to maneuver through the defense. Eslövs BK's Andreas Grubb was substituted for Tor Aspengren. Sixten Aronsson hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Jan Lidberg missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 74 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Hernani Marques right hand side. A collision led to Eslövs BK getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Andreas Grubb hit a great ball. Broby BK's Arne Malmström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Pirani in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Leonardo Nord cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Hernani Marques was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eslövs BK's Rolf Axelsson was substituted for Donato Pirani. After a rather tough play, Broby BK's Jan Lidberg got a free kick in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Jan-Ove Bergqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arne Malmström, 3-4. After 88 minutes of play Eslövs BK's Jan-Ove Bergqvist was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 89 played minutes Eslövs BK got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Ove Bergqvist. Rolf Axelsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Malmström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Broby BK's Arne Malmström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Axelsson in the 98th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Eslövs BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
