After a defensive mix-up in Söderköping's zone, Rasmus Berg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Sellberg came out of the goal and Rasmus Berg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rasmus Berg in the 9th minute of play forced Söderköping's goalkeeper Axel Sellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes, Per Vennerdal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Broby BK and the Söderköping players grew even worse after the yellow card. Per Vennerdal kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. When Sakarias Hamberg came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Söderköping fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sakarias Hamberg couldn't finish the play. If Leonardo Nord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 22 minutes into the match, Broby BK's goalkeeper Arne Malmström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henry Bammerman. In the 24th minute of the game Sakarias Hamberg made a throw-in which Zebastian Stephansson played forward. Arne Malmström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Stephansson in the 25th minute of play. When Broby BK's Leonardo Nord in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Söderköping's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Broby BK defense, Viktor Gunnarsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Malmström. The Broby BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Malmström should have stopped the shot. Broby BK's Leonardo Nord got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Broby BK defense, Viktor Gunnarsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Malmström. The Broby BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Malmström should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viktor Gunnarsson got free with Arne Malmström in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arne Malmström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Söderberg in the 41st minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Jan Lidberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Broby BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Söderköping the free kick. Leonardo Nord recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evert Söderberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Leonardo Nord kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Axel Sellberg. That made the score 2-1 in the 54 minute of play. In the 59th minute, Leonardo Nord ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Axel Sellberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Herman Brodin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Axel Sellberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Tor Sandberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Söderköping's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Broby BK the free kick. Tor Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Herman Brodin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arne Malmström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Gunnarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After 70 minutes of play, Broby BK's Leonardo Nord made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Axel Sellberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute Evert Söderberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Malmström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Leonardo Nord got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Söderköping getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Calle Vennerlund hit a great ball. If Jan Lidberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Leonardo Nord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 83 in the game by Leonardo Nord from a close distance when the talented Axel Sellberg managed to make a qualified save. Söderköping's players were relieved. A collision led to Söderköping getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Evert Söderberg hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the game, Broby BK's Leonardo Nord nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Axel Sellberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The Söderköping fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Broby BK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
