Måns Hammarström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Harry Browald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Kilberg having to interfere. Gustaf Kilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Browald in the 12th minute of the match. If Harry Browald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Filiph Nordgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustaf Kilberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harry Browald in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaf Kilberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trosa BF's Måns Hammarström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Trosa BF from getting a goal against them. Gustaf Kilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiph Nordgren in the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, Trosa BF's Måns Hammarström got control of the ball when Herman Hansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Åke Pihlwall during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Trosa BF booed when Jönköpings Östra IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Åke Pihlwall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Edmund Håkansson made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Harry Browald rounded Jönköpings Östra IF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. In the 62nd minute Edmund Håkansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Måns Hammarström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
