Spectators: 7111 (Terracing: 5440, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 4) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fredrik Apelqvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Einar Vestberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Sebastian Gabrielsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sune Dalberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 12th minute, Timmy Lundberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vimmerby Tigers IF's Jonatan Gunnarsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lången Locos. After some careless play in the Vimmerby Tigers IF defense, João Vítor Bezerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sune Dalberg. The Vimmerby Tigers IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sune Dalberg should have stopped the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Jan Watarz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Sune Dalberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sune Dalberg came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Lången Locos's Sebastian Gabrielsson. But to his dismay, Sebastian Gabrielsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 29 minutes into the game, Lången Locos's Fredrik Apelqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sune Dalberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Marcelo Harriet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Sven-Erik Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, Vimmerby Tigers IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Fatih Oykut to maneuver through the defense. When Arjan Hesseling came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Vimmerby Tigers IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arjan Hesseling couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Falk in the 47th minute of play forced Vimmerby Tigers IF's goalkeeper Sune Dalberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Lången Locos were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Fatih Oykut to make the kick off. Sune Dalberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredrik Apelqvist in the 51st minute. Jan Watarz struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Sune Dalberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lången Locos. Sune Dalberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredrik Apelqvist in the 54th minute. Vimmerby Tigers IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Sebastian Gabrielsson scored to the left of an out of position Sune Dalberg, making the score, 0-7. 66 minutes into the match, Vimmerby Tigers IF's goal looked a bit too open when João Vítor Bezerra came free, but Sune Dalberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, Lången Locos's Fredrik Apelqvist made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sune Dalberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Vimmerby Tigers IF's Sune Dalberg got control of the ball when Fredrik Apelqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Mehmet Fatih Oykut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vimmerby Tigers IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lången Locos the free kick. 78 minutes into the game, Lången Locos's Fredrik Apelqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sune Dalberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredrik Apelqvist got free with Sune Dalberg in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastian Gabrielsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Sune Dalberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arjan Hesseling's late challenge caught a Lången Locos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arjan Hesseling helped the player get up and apologised. Arjan Hesseling kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Sune Dalberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Apelqvist in the 89th minute of the match. If Jan Watarz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vimmerby Tigers IF's Sune Dalberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Gabrielsson in the 92nd minute of play. Vimmerby Tigers IF's Sune Dalberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Vimmerby Tigers IF from getting a goal against them. Sune Dalberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Apelqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Vimmerby Tigers IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lången Locos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
