Mulle Pro's Iustinian Prislop got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the game, Leonard Simonsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mulle Pro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ABC the free kick. The supporters of ABC booed when Mulle Pro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Simonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Frans Delin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertil Bäckman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. ABC's Bertil Bäckman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Håkansson in the 30th minute of play. Emanuele Corvo made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Erik Sjöman sent off a good shot on target. Bertil Bäckman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iustinian Prislop went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Hampus Henriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kjell Håkansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Kjell Håkansson put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Bertil Bäckman . Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kjell Håkansson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Kjell Håkansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bertil Bäckman was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After 75 minutes, Vincent Kvick mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ABC and the Mulle Pro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, ABC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Kvick to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in ABC's zone, Kjell Håkansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertil Bäckman came out of the goal and Kjell Håkansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Patrick Nordstedt had to leave the field with a concussion. In the 83rd minute, Vincent Kvick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bertil Bäckman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kjell Håkansson's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Frans Delin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egon Jonsson kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Kjell Håkansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to ABC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Sune Kullgren hit a great ball. If Iustinian Prislop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjell Håkansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Bertil Bäckman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mulle Pro's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
