After 22 minutes, Dick Kjellberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olimpik 84 and the Kristinehamn players grew even worse after the yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrik Thedin was the one to do the kick off. Rasmus Hellbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Thedin in the 53rd minute of the match. Olimpik 84's Rasmus Hellbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uno Liljeström in the 59th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Sámuel Szusza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rasmus Hellbom was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. But to his dismay, Henrik Thedin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Per-Åke Deckberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Frisco having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Kristinehamn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eskil Nordström to maneuver through the defense. Greger Sjögren hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Uno Liljeström notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Olimpik 84's Rasmus Hellbom. Rasmus Hellbom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 93 minutes into the game, Kristinehamn's Uno Liljeström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rasmus Hellbom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0.
