After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Bengt Stenquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Otto Ekblom got free with Gösta Stabbe in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Arne Bruse managed to get in a good position for a shot. But to his dismay, Birger Collin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Fårbo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fårbo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
