After a rather tough play, Runhällen BF's Roger Walroth got a free kick in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Håkan Åberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kent Bolander. Runhällen BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Håkan Åberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 33 minutes into the match, Runhällen BF's goal looked a bit too open when Isak Sandwall came free, but Kent Bolander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Erland Gudmundsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niklas Palmkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isak Sandwall to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match André Holmgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kent Bolander skillfully saved the ball. Håkan Åberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Bolander having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Isak Sandwall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kent Bolander was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 67th minute, Henrik Torstensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Runhällen BF's Kent Bolander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Åberg in the 76th minute of play. Kent Bolander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isak Sandwall, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes Runhällen BF got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Torstensson. In the 79th minute Isak Sandwall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Bolander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Henrik Torstensson fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Runhällen BF's protests and gave Henrik Torstensson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th match minute, Runhällen BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Torstensson to maneuver through the defense. Niklas Palmkvist made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Bengt Rosendal sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Fotö's zone, Erland Gudmundsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Palmkvist came out of the goal and Erland Gudmundsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Håkan Åberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Bolander having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
