A well placed Pontus Holmberg short distance shot in the 4th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Magnus Willig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pontus Holmberg in the 8th minute of play. Magnus Willig made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Isidoro Burni sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Pontus Holmberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magnus Willig was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After 21 played minutes Krukan got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Groth. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deng Ao Guo got free with Magnus Willig in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the game, Pontus Holmberg lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Magnus Willig. After a rather tough play, Tunabackar IF's Herman Österberg got a free kick in the 29th minute. Tunabackar IF's Pontus Holmberg got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Karl Ekerot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tunabackar IF's Arvid Säf was substituted for Isidoro Burni. Ernst Vallin hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Patrick Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd match minute, Tunabackar IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvid Säf to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Pontus Holmberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Magnus Willig. That made the score 3-0 in the 45 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Pontus Holmberg made the kick off in the second half. Tunabackar IF's Pontus Holmberg got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pontus Holmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Magnus Willig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thor Bokelund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arvid Säf's late challenge caught a Krukan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arvid Säf helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tunabackar IF getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Arvid Säf hit a great ball. Ivar Strömberg hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Magnus Willig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deng Ao Guo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. If Arvid Säf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Karl Ekerot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filip Lerøy kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Pontus Holmberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Magnus Willig. Krukan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pontus Holmberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivar Strömberg during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th minute, Ivar Strömberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filip Lerøy missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 88 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Magnus Willig right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Krukan's zone, Pontus Holmberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Willig came out of the goal and Pontus Holmberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tunabackar IF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
