Spectators: 6652 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 0) Exeter city's Max Ekström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Billy Vallander came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Trekanten FK's Valdemar Nordkvist. But to his dismay, Valdemar Nordkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Billy Vallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Tidén, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Trekanten FK's Stanoy Leshtarski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Billy Vallander. That made the score 2-0 after 19 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Max Ekström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joacim Valström was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The supporters of Exeter city booed when Trekanten FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patric Odman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdemar Nordkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Billy Vallander having to make a save. Joacim Valström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Max Ekström went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 37 played minutes Trekanten FK got a freekick which was hit by Walery Daszkowski. Joacim Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Ekström in the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Sebastian Månsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Ernst Eriksson made a precise shot to the right of Joacim Valström. Trekanten FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valdemar Nordkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Johannes Lund hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Arvid Stor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Billy Vallander. Exeter city's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Exeter city's Billy Vallander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvid Stor in the 55th minute of play. Ernst Eriksson took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joacim Valström. Joacim Valström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 61st minute Max Ekström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joacim Valström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdemar Nordkvist in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Billy Vallander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, Valdemar Nordkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Billy Vallander was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. When Ernst Eriksson came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Exeter city fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernst Eriksson couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Exeter city defense, Jim Tidén kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Billy Vallander. The Exeter city fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Billy Vallander should have stopped the shot. Jim Tidén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Ekström in the 80th minute of play forced Trekanten FK's goalkeeper Joacim Valström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdemar Nordkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Billy Vallander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valdemar Nordkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdemar Nordkvist in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Billy Vallander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the match, Exeter city's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Tidén came free, but Billy Vallander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Exeter city getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Stig Ståhlman hit a great ball. After 93 played minutes Exeter city got a freekick which was hit by Viggo Backman. A collision led to Exeter city getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Nils-Erik Odeen hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 97 minutes into the game, when Nils-Erik Carlsson put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Trekanten FK a penalty, 100 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wlodzimierz Domaradzki, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Exeter city's Billy Vallander. 5-3. When the referee ended the match the Trekanten FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
