The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Malcolm Dahlberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Stoby protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Malcolm Dahlberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Wlodzimierz Domaradzki shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After a rather tough play, Trekanten FK's Jakob Sjöström got a free kick in the 9th minute. Jonatan Melberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Joacim Valström made a huge save. Joacim Valström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. A hard shot 14 in the game by Jonatan Melberg from a close distance when the talented Joacim Valström managed to make a qualified save. Trekanten FK's players were relieved. Edgar Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim Valström having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Ralf Forsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joacim Valström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Trekanten FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anton Jonasson was slow to take the kick. During this time Stoby's players had a chance to rest. Stig-Arne Nyberg made a great header on Stoby's corner, it was just that Trekanten FK's Joacim Valström managed to reach the ball for a save. Joacim Valström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anton Jonasson went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Joacim Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Svensson in the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Wlodzimierz Domaradzki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trekanten FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Wlodzimierz Domaradzki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mikael Siggman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joacim Valström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Forsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Trekanten FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. At last the ball reached Jonatan Melberg at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Trekanten FK. 2-0. After 46 played minutes Trekanten FK got a freekick which was hit by Björn Forssell.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgar Svensson made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Edgar Svensson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stoby fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 57th minute, Leo Enegren made a precise shot to the right of Joacim Valström. Trekanten FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Joacim Valström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Melberg in the 62nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Edgar Svensson put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Joacim Valström. Edgar Svensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joacim Valström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgar Svensson ran back to his position shaking his head. Joacim Valström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Svensson in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joacim Valström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, Trekanten FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Forsberg came free, but Joacim Valström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Jonatan Melberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joacim Valström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Melberg's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Joacim Valström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ralf Forsberg went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Nordkvist in the 82nd minute of play forced Stoby's goalkeeper Mikael Siggman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joacim Valström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stoby's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
