In the 7th minute of the match, Fred Helander tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wictor Sandwall saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Christian Alkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Evert Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Henrik Boström took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Wictor Sandwall to make any attempt to save it. FC Boll Trollers's Evert Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Alkvist in the 17th minute of play. Wictor Sandwall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Helander in the 19th minute of the match. Evert Nyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Alkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Atlético Vadstena defense, Fred Helander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wictor Sandwall. The Atlético Vadstena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wictor Sandwall should have stopped the shot. Wictor Sandwall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrik Boström in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes Atlético Vadstena got a freekick which was hit by Sten Lönn. Fred Helander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Wictor Sandwall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Alexander Askstedt took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Wictor Sandwall to make any attempt to save it. When Herman Bengtsson came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Atlético Vadstena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Bengtsson couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the game, Henrik Boström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Wictor Sandwall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Wictor Sandwall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Boström, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Herman Bengtsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herman Bengtsson got free with Evert Nyman in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wictor Sandwall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Boström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Egon Liljeström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sten Lönn charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sten Lönn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Atlético Vadstena getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sten Lönn hit a great ball. Wictor Sandwall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Askstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fred Helander hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Atlético Vadstena defense, Henrik Boström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wictor Sandwall. After a rather tough play, Atlético Vadstena's Måns Forsell got a free kick in the 88th minute. Wictor Sandwall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Helander, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. FC Boll Trollers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Tim Hammarström scored to the left of an out of position Evert Nyman, making the score, 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Askstedt in the 96th minute of play forced Atlético Vadstena's goalkeeper Wictor Sandwall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Boll Trollers walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
