After a rather tough play, Gållösa IK's Morgan Pihlgren got a free kick in the 7th minute. Bernt Norberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elias Lilja kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Thomas Johnsson came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jens-Erik Sandström could save by the left post. Daniel Löfkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harry Eliasson's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Marcus Boman scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Erik Sandström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gållösa IK's Daniel Löfkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Eliasson in the 23rd minute of play. Thomas Johnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Johnsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jens-Erik Sandström made a huge save. Gållösa IK's Elias Lilja pulled a muscle in his back after 44 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Leszek Tepper charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leszek Tepper the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Malte Nordal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Gållösa IK were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
