In the 14th minute, Bengt-Rune Björnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Tjällmo IK defense, Jan Nordin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Apelkvist. The Tjällmo IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Apelkvist should have stopped the shot. Sonny Nordin charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sonny Nordin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Trekanten's Sonny Nordin got a free kick in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Sjöö in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Apelkvist saved Tjällmo IK from getting behind. Birger Benet made in the 34th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Per Lind immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Sjöö in the 36th minute of play forced Tjällmo IK's goalkeeper Tomas Apelkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oskar Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Roman Furman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oskar Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Furman having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Oskar Sandberg made the kick off in the second half. Roman Furman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marko Haegg in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 58thth minute of the game Albert Sjöö who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tjällmo IK's Tomas Apelkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Robin Rosin hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The supporters of Trekanten booed when Tjällmo IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Sandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albert Sjöö succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 66th playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Trekanten's zone, Oskar Sandberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Furman came out of the goal and Oskar Sandberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute, Robin Rosin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute of the match, Albert Sjöö tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tomas Apelkvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jan Nordin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trekanten played a much better game than Tjällmo IK and deserved their victory. The Tjällmo IK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
