Brown Pride's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommy Danielsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brown Pride's Wolfgang Fredsgaard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Tingelholm in the 35th minute of play. Bergdalen IK's Dan Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Danielsson in the 38th minute of play. Alvar Nyström shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 45 played minutes Brown Pride got a freekick which was hit by Per-Arne Björklund.

In the 51st match minute, Brown Pride was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kalle Skytt to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Brown Pride defense, Filiph Kjellman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wolfgang Fredsgaard. The Brown Pride fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wolfgang Fredsgaard should have stopped the shot. Tommy Danielsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dan Albom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Tommy Danielsson got in the 63rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Dan Albom handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Tommy Danielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Albom having to interfere. In the 72ndth minute of the game Filiph Kjellman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brown Pride's Wolfgang Fredsgaard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Torgny Valler took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wolfgang Fredsgaard. Wolfgang Fredsgaard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Tommy Danielsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Dan Albom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Adam Lindström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bergdalen IK getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Arne Lilja hit a great ball.
