Edgar Wahlnäs made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Arman Stenkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Jönsson in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, LiverPooL FC's goal looked a bit too open when John Nordmark came free, but Edgar Wahlnäs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Arman Stenkvist managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when LiverPooL FC's Per Haström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 23 minutes, Kåre Olenberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Storuman IFK and the LiverPooL FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Per Haström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arman Stenkvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rudolf Sundén kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. With his leg Arman Stenkvist managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when LiverPooL FC's Per Haström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 39th minute, Paulo Perico fired a really elegant long shot, but Arman Stenkvist threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Per Haström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Arman Stenkvist made a huge save. After 40 played minutes Storuman IFK got a freekick which was hit by Rudolf Sundén. In the 43rd minute of the match, Per Haström got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arman Stenkvist was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rudolf Sundén's late challenge caught a LiverPooL FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudolf Sundén helped the player get up and apologised. Rudolf Sundén kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Per Haström sped through Storuman IFK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arman Stenkvist. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

LiverPooL FC's Edgar Wahlnäs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save LiverPooL FC from getting a goal against them. Edgar Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Nordmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Per Haström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgar Wahlnäs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Nordmark in the 73rd minute of the match. LiverPooL FC's Per Haström got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arman Stenkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksander Skog, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Storuman IFK's Arman Stenkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Skog in the 85th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Sigvard Säv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aleksander Skog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Arman Stenkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
