The referee ignored Furuvik's protests and gave Bengt-Åke Lägdin a yellow card for diving instead. Walter Berg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabrício do Vale went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Sven-Ove Martinsson scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walter Berg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Skorre IF Pwners fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Skorre IF Pwners's Fabrício do Vale looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Ove Martinsson in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Berg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, Furuvik's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Ove Martinsson came free, but Walter Berg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Skorre IF Pwners's goalkeeper Jarl Billström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt-Åke Lägdin. Fabrício do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Fabrício do Vale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walter Berg. Furuvik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabrício do Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 0-5 became the score in the 40th minute when Fabrício do Vale elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Walter Berg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabrício do Vale's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Sven-Ove Martinsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skorre IF Pwners's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Ove Martinsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Berg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Walter Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício do Vale in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Skorre IF Pwners were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabrício do Vale to make the kick off. A collision led to Furuvik getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Egon Botvidsson hit a great ball. Skorre IF Pwners's Sven-Ove Martinsson got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Egon Botvidsson charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egon Botvidsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes Furuvik got a freekick which was hit by Egon Botvidsson. Sven-Ove Martinsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Walter Berg made a huge save. Jarl Billström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Erik Arenberg in the 67th minute of play. Sven-Ove Martinsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Walter Berg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With 72 minutes on the clock, Staffan Böcklund commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 71 minutes into the game, one of Skorre IF Pwners:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Furuvik. Emil Pilberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jarl Billström. 1-6. Jarl Billström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Åke Lägdin in the 79th minute of play. In the 91st minute Bengt-Åke Lägdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Billström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Bergfelt in the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Skorre IF Pwners's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Åke Lägdin came free, but Jarl Billström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Åke Lägdin in the 96th minute of play forced Skorre IF Pwners's goalkeeper Jarl Billström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Skorre IF Pwners could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Furuvik throughout the match.
