The referee showed Sven-Ove Martinsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Skorre IF Pwners's Sven-Ove Martinsson got a free kick in the 13th minute. If Melker Alfors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jarl Billström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melker Alfors, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, one of Skorre IF Pwners:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Skorre IF Pwners. Melker Alfors walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The supporters of Vallda booed when Skorre IF Pwners was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Fogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vallda's Åke Östman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Ove Martinsson in the 31st minute of play. After 35 played minutes Skorre IF Pwners got a freekick which was hit by Eric Sjöberg. After 37 minutes, Melker Alfors mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vallda and the Skorre IF Pwners players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vallda getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Melker Alfors hit a great ball. Jarl Billström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melker Alfors in the 40th minute. The audience was convinced that Gustaf Bergfelt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Åke Östman was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Åke Östman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Bergfelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melker Alfors made a kick off. Inge Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Nicklas Albom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vallda's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicklas Albom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jarl Billström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th minute Melker Alfors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Billström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melker Alfors took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarl Billström. Jarl Billström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to Skorre IF Pwners getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Eric Sjöberg hit a great ball. Jens-Erik Andersson got his second yellow card in the match during the 75th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 75th minute, Jens-Erik Andersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gustaf Bergfelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 79 minutes, Inge Lindström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vallda and the Skorre IF Pwners players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vallda's Inge Lindström got a free kick in the 79th minute. Gustaf Bergfelt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Åke Östman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Skorre IF Pwners's Eric Sjöberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nicklas Albom in the 90 minute of the game. Bernt Alegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Billström having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Skorre IF Pwners's zone, Melker Alfors stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarl Billström came out of the goal and Melker Alfors tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vallda were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
