Dick Löfkvist made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Sven-Ove Martinsson sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabrício do Vale in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dick Löfkvist saved IFK United from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, Skorre IF Pwners's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Blomberg came free, but Jarl Billström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Ove Martinsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dick Löfkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Ove Martinsson in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, IFK United's Christopher Söderman got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, IFK United's Dick Löfkvist got control of the ball when Sven-Ove Martinsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Jens Fernström threw the ball into play from the sideline. Skorre IF Pwners's Eric Sjöberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 43 minutes into the match, Skorre IF Pwners's Fabrício do Vale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dick Löfkvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Sven-Ove Martinsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dick Löfkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jarl Billström was a little too slow when Christopher Söderman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 3-1. 61 minutes into the game, Eric Sjöberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skorre IF Pwners's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK United the free kick. The supporters of IFK United booed when Skorre IF Pwners was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabrício do Vale in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dick Löfkvist saved IFK United from getting behind. Skorre IF Pwners's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eric Sjöberg in the 67th minute. A nice corner shot did that Eric Sjöberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dick Löfkvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 69th minute, Sven-Ove Martinsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dick Löfkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Sven-Ove Martinsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skorre IF Pwners's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Ove Martinsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dick Löfkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dick Löfkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício do Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Dick Löfkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Ove Martinsson in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to Skorre IF Pwners getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Eric Sjöberg hit a great ball. In the 86th minute, Christopher Söderman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. IFK United's Dick Löfkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrício do Vale in the 89th minute of play. Conny Stålberg's late challenge caught a Skorre IF Pwners's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conny Stålberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Conny Stålberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Skorre IF Pwners defense, Joseph Blomberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jarl Billström. The Skorre IF Pwners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jarl Billström should have stopped the shot. Skorre IF Pwners's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
