Robin Ekblom didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henry van Zomeren went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Tomas Stenquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Kuse having to interfere. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Henry van Zomeren made the kick off in the second half. Viktor Alfors kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, Simme FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Botvidsson to maneuver through the defense. Simme FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Ingvar Kämpe scored to the left of an out of position Vilhelm Kuse, making the score, 2-2. When Ingvar Kämpe came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Skärhamn IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Kämpe couldn't finish the play. Benjamin Kilman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Ekblom having to interfere. After some careless play in the Skärhamn IFK defense, Viktor Alfors kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robin Ekblom. The Skärhamn IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robin Ekblom should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Simme FC's Henry van Zomeren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robin Ekblom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Viktor Alfors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Robin Ekblom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin Ekblom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viktor Alfors's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd match minute, Skärhamn IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Olsson to maneuver through the defense. When Folke Strandberg fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Simme FC's protests and gave Folke Strandberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute, one of Simme FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Simme FC. Simme FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
