Swedish Military Academy's Johan Lenberg got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Swedish Military Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Andréas Igelström came free, but Roland Blom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Uggstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Rydboholm's Leonardo Odén sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roland Blom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Johnny Arenstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Rydboholm's Torsten Berglund got control of the ball when Johan Lenberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gabriel Pil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Torsten Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Johan Lenberg came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Swedish Military Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Lenberg couldn't finish the play. In the 46th match minute, Swedish Military Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Lenberg to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Odén stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roland Blom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Odén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Johan Lenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Swedish Military Academy's Roland Blom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Swedish Military Academy from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Odén during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Rydboholm defense, Johan Lenberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torsten Berglund. The Rydboholm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torsten Berglund should have stopped the shot. 66 minutes into the game, August Johansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Swedish Military Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rydboholm the free kick. The supporters of Rydboholm booed when Swedish Military Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. August Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Uggstedt in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torsten Berglund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonardo Odén kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Roland Blom was a little too slow when Leonardo Odén got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 1-2. After having played for 86 minutes, Johan Lenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Swedish Military Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johan Lenberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Swedish Military Academy booed when Rydboholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inge Ahlbeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Rydboholm getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Leonardo Odén hit a great ball. Rydboholm's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
