Jan-Åke Wiklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herman Jakobsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Helström in the 28th minute of play forced Surte's goalkeeper Gustav Nordal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ian Finsberg fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lukas Helström was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Rune Aspengren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gustav Nordal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 59 minutes, Rune Aspengren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Postmannens BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rune Aspengren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Brandin hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After 62 minutes, Mikael Snäll mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Surte and the Postmannens BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Surte got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Snäll. Bengt Fredriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Tommy Blom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Postmannens BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tommy Blom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustav Nordal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Postmannens BK's Jan-Åke Wiklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herman Jakobsson in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Kevin Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Åke Wiklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukas Helström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Nordal having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Postmannens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Jakobsson came free, but Jan-Åke Wiklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Vincent Ekeberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Surte defense, Lukas Helström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustav Nordal. The Surte fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustav Nordal should have stopped the shot. Tommy Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Gustav Nordal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lukas Helström struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gustav Nordal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Postmannens BK. In the 89th minute, Lukas Helström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lukas Helström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Gustav Nordal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Postmannens BK defense, Herman Jakobsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Åke Wiklund. The Postmannens BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Åke Wiklund should have stopped the shot.
