The Sandhult fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per-Olof Söderström should have stopped the shot. Per-Olof Söderström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Jakobsson in the 16th minute of the match. Sandhult's Peter Wästerberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 19th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mattias Lekberg but with some difficulty. Per-Olof Söderström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Helström in the 21st minute of the match. Gustav Jakobsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Olof Söderström having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, FC Barcelona's Konrad Helström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Per-Olof Söderström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Per-Olof Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustav Jakobsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Olof Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars-Erik Cane, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Frisck in the 36th minute of play forced Sandhult's goalkeeper Per-Olof Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Daniel Frisck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Per-Olof Söderström. Sandhult's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Frisck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Börge Ahlqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Mattias Lekberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 47 minutes, Börge Ahlqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sandhult's supporters crossed their fingers, but Börge Ahlqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half FC Barcelona were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Börge Ahlqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sandhult booed when FC Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Frisck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandhult's George Sörman couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 54th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Barcelona. Lars-Erik Cane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Olof Söderström having to interfere. Sandhult's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Konrad Helström scored to the left of an out of position Per-Olof Söderström, making the score, 0-5. A collision led to FC Barcelona getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Thomas Johnsson hit a great ball. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when Sandhult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Wästerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th match minute, FC Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Dusett to maneuver through the defense. Jens-Erik Tönnberg hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Johnsson got free with Per-Olof Söderström in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mattias Lekberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pylyp Ostroushko in the 75th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, István Veress ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mattias Lekberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Gustav Jakobsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Per-Olof Söderström made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Gustav Jakobsson notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Sandhult's Per-Olof Söderström. Per-Olof Söderström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Johnsson got free with Per-Olof Söderström in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded FC Barcelona left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sandhult.
