Arvin Arvidsson took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Bållström. Gabriel Bållström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Arne Brovall's late challenge caught a ▒▓██FC PUNGSPARKARNA██▓░'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anders Beneth made a kick off. When Anders Beneth came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Byxelkrok BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anders Beneth couldn't finish the play. Bengt Lundhberg made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Joakim Svensson sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arvin Arvidsson in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Bållström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gabriel Bållström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pontus Biörling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Anders Beneth dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bengt Lundhberg, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thor Pihlgren during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pontus Biörling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arvin Arvidsson in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Bållström saved Byxelkrok BK from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Kihlberg in the 72nd minute of play forced Byxelkrok BK's goalkeeper Gabriel Bållström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Bållström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvin Arvidsson in the 77th minute of play. If Simon Kihlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute.
