In the 5th minute, Ystad FK's Carsyn Smoothy dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Vilhelm Törnqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Linquist's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Börge Käller made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Carsyn Smoothy sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Ystad FK booed when ifk Göteborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Åkesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vilhelm Törnqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Eyague, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, ifk Göteborg's goalkeeper Börge Käller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carsyn Smoothy. Börge Käller came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Ystad FK's Carsyn Smoothy. But to his dismay, Carsyn Smoothy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of Ystad FK booed when ifk Göteborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Linquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Carsyn Smoothy notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of ifk Göteborg's Börge Käller. Börge Käller was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Ystad FK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Nicanor Cesaro hit a great ball. If Carsyn Smoothy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carsyn Smoothy in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Börge Käller, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Börge Käller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Vallman, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Börge Käller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aron Lindgren in the 46th minute of the match. Hubert Åkesson kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carsyn Smoothy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Robert Vallman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Käller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute Carsyn Smoothy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Käller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melquiades Eyague recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Carsyn Smoothy made a precise shot to the right of Börge Käller. ifk Göteborg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. When Robin Wennerqvist came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ystad FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robin Wennerqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute Rikard Ekgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Käller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Carsyn Smoothy made a precise shot to the right of Börge Käller. ifk Göteborg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 82 minutes into the match, Carsyn Smoothy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Börge Käller. ifk Göteborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carsyn Smoothy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rikard Ekgren in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Börge Käller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Börge Käller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Vallman, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Börge Käller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Vallman in the 90th minute of play. ifk Göteborg's Börge Käller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carsyn Smoothy in the 91st minute of play. Börge Käller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carsyn Smoothy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ystad FK had played much better football throughout.
