Aphjärnorna BK's Adrian Brogren got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sture Örnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klas Hansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Brogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustav Östman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Aron Åman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Olle Askstedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aron Åman. Aphjärnorna BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olle Askstedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of Mjöbäck booed when Aphjärnorna BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Almstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Sture Örnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klas Hansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aron Åman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olle Askstedt went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Mjöbäck defense, Adrian Brogren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Klas Hansson. The Mjöbäck fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Klas Hansson should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Mjöbäck's Pål Nilsson got a free kick in the 34th minute. Klas Hansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Brogren in the 35th minute of play. Aphjärnorna BK were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Mjöbäck's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per Finnman took the corner. Per Finnman made a great header on Aphjärnorna BK's corner, it was just that Mjöbäck's Klas Hansson managed to reach the ball for a save. Adrian Brogren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Adrian Brogren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aphjärnorna BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Brogren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Klas Hansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Brogren in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Klas Hansson saved Mjöbäck from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrian Brogren to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Mjöbäck's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Brogren came free, but Klas Hansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Mjöbäck getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Oskar Jansson hit a great ball. When Adrian Brogren in the 59th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Klas Hansson kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 63rd minute of the match, Adrian Brogren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Klas Hansson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Olle Askstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Åman having to interfere. Mjöbäck's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Adrian Brogren scored to the left of an out of position Klas Hansson, making the score, 2-3. Aphjärnorna BK's Adrian Brogren got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aphjärnorna BK played a much better game than Mjöbäck and deserved their victory. The Mjöbäck players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
