Bernt Hagström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Boström , who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Bengt-Arne Högström kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Joachim Fredriksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernt Hagström came out and tried to block the shot, but Joachim Fredriksson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 82nd minute. In the 85th match minute, Kurdistan Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Berglund to maneuver through the defense. IK Santa Monica's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
