When Alvar Haglund was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. In the 47th minute, Skee FK's Mats Alebäck seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mats Alebäck the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Skee FK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mats Alebäck had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Skee FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of IK Santa Monica:s goal.

The wind increased when Dennis Lindström made the kick off in the second half. When the referee ended the match the IK Santa Monica players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
