Sol Blessing really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 80 KG BRUNBERG's Jan-Olof Fernström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sol Blessing in the 17th minute of play. 80 KG BRUNBERG were furious when Staffan Norberg was red carded, 25 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 25th match minute, 80 KG BRUNBERG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Staffan Norberg to maneuver through the defense. Magne Ahlström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan-Olof Fernström. 80 KG BRUNBERG's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. But to his dismay, Bertil Odén quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Alejandro Queto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Odén, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 41 played minutes, 80 KG BRUNBERG's Andris Noor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alejandro Queto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 80 KG BRUNBERG reached it. Thanks to some nice moves Sol Blessing could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Jan-Olof Fernström however easily saved by the left post. In the 43rd minute Sol Blessing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Olof Fernström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, 80 KG BRUNBERG's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Fernström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rickard Modig. Jan-Olof Fernström was a little too slow when Sol Blessing got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bertil Odén to make the kick off. Jan-Olof Fernström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickard Modig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 played minutes, 80 KG BRUNBERG's Greger Beneth shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alejandro Queto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 80 KG BRUNBERG reached it. 70 minutes into the match, Sol Blessing had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Olof Fernström. 80 KG BRUNBERG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sol Blessing was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Bertil Odén took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Alejandro Queto to make any attempt to save it. Bertil Odén hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Liverpool FC's Alejandro Queto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Liverpool FC from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute Sol Blessing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Olof Fernström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Liverpool FC were the better team. Liverpool FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
