Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Augeias Picoulas made the kick off which started today's match. Augeias Picoulas scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lars Bröms, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augeias Picoulas in the 9th minute of play forced Hjo's goalkeeper Lars Bröms to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 played minutes Hjo got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Mellberg. After 13 minutes of play, Rusksele IFK's Augeias Picoulas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lars Bröms was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 16th minute Augeias Picoulas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Bröms saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ture Björkdal kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to Hjo getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Mats Alebäck hit a great ball. Casper Tingelholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Wallin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Tingelholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Hasselqvist in the 22nd minute of the match. Hjo's Ingvar Wallin got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Hjo's Ingvar Wallin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Casper Tingelholm. That made the score 2-2 after 28 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Ingvar Wallin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Tingelholm was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. If Torsten Hasselqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haroldo Pietro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Torsten Hasselqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Haroldo Pietro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casper Tingelholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Hasselqvist in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Hasselqvist in the 43rd minute of play forced Rusksele IFK's goalkeeper Casper Tingelholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Wallin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingvar Wallin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Charles Springfält got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ingvar Wallin came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Hjo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Wallin couldn't finish the play. Casper Tingelholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Hasselqvist in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Alexander Wiman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torsten Hasselqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute Ingvar Wallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Tingelholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torsten Hasselqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ingvar Wallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Ingvar Wallin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hjo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Wallin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Tingelholm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Torsten Hasselqvist came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Hjo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torsten Hasselqvist couldn't finish the play. Ingvar Wallin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Casper Tingelholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
