Tim Myr didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lugnvik. When Lars Alberg fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Okinawa F.C's protests and gave Lars Alberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute Peder Sjödin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Myr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilbert Kilar hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the game, Sten Hjortberg threw the ball into play from the sideline. Okinawa F.C's Dan Biörkman quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Karl-Johan Sundén was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lars Alberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. Oliver Lindholm hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 24 minutes of play, Lugnvik's Lucjan Niemoj made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tim Myr was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute, Lucjan Niemoj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute Platon Sribnyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Myr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Lugnvik fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Lugnvik's Gustav Brask looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 40th minute Platon Sribnyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Myr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Johan Sundén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Alberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustav Brask in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tim Myr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Tim Myr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Niemoj in the 54th minute of the match. Gustav Brask received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Tim Myr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Platon Sribnyi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of Lugnvik booed when Okinawa F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Wallin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when Alf Andberg put in a rough tackle. 77 minutes into the match, Lars Alberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Johan Sundén. Lugnvik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Alberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 85th minute Lucjan Niemoj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Myr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Platon Sribnyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucjan Niemoj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Tim Myr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
