Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bengt Holm made the kick off and thus started the match. After 10 minutes, Stellan Zander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Risögrund IF and the Mariestad RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hampus Winström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hampus Winström in the 16th minute of play forced Risögrund IF's goalkeeper Harry Törnkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Mariestad RK's Otto Cane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Harry Törnkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Risögrund IF's Harry Törnkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Cane in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hampus Winström in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harry Törnkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute, Otto Cane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harry Törnkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, Risögrund IF's goal looked a bit too open when Hampus Winström came free, but Harry Törnkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match Jakob Telin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harry Törnkvist skillfully saved the ball. The Risögrund IF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mariestad RK were winning 0-3.

The crowd rose to their feet as Hampus Winström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Harry Törnkvist. That made the score 0-4 in the 53 minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Mariestad RK's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt Holm came free, but Elliott Berg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elliott Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Holm in the 58th minute of the match. Harry Törnkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hampus Winström's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Otto Cane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Harry Törnkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 played minutes, Mariestad RK's Jakob Telin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Harry Törnkvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mariestad RK reached it. Otto Cane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Törnkvist having to interfere. A hard shot 72 in the game by Hampus Winström from a close distance when the talented Harry Törnkvist managed to make a qualified save. Risögrund IF's players were relieved. Daniel Offendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliott Berg having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Olle Pihlwall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Risögrund IF's Harry Törnkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Risögrund IF from getting a goal against them. When Philip Eriksson came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Risögrund IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Philip Eriksson couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Mariestad RK's zone, Daniel Offendahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elliott Berg came out of the goal and Daniel Offendahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Risögrund IF's Harry Törnkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Cane in the 88th minute of play. If Hampus Winström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hampus Winström in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harry Törnkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 93 minutes, Hampus Winström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariestad RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hampus Winström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Hampus Winström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harry Törnkvist was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. Mariestad RK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
