Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hampus Winström got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Risögrund IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Eriksson to maneuver through the defense. Otto Cane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Harry Törnkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Risögrund IF's zone, Ulf Dahlbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harry Törnkvist came out of the goal and Ulf Dahlbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th play minute Hampus Winström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Harry Törnkvist. 1-0. Harry Törnkvist acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jakob Telin. With a little luck, Risögrund IF's Harry Törnkvist got control of the ball when Hampus Winström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Risögrund IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Hampus Winström scored to the left of an out of position Harry Törnkvist, making the score, 2-0. Olle Pihlwall's late challenge caught a Mariestad RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olle Pihlwall helped the player get up and apologised. Olle Pihlwall hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Harry Törnkvist stood somewhat misplaced when Otto Cane came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 34 minute. In the 38th minute, Otto Cane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Otto Cane kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Harry Törnkvist. That made the score 4-0 in the 39 minute of play. Hampus Winström struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Harry Törnkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mariestad RK. A beautiful save bye Mariestad RK's goalie prevented a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

With a little luck, Mariestad RK's Elliott Berg got control of the ball when Daniel Offendahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harry Törnkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Cane in the 55th minute of the match. Otto Cane struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Harry Törnkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mariestad RK. Otto Cane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Harry Törnkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otto Cane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Törnkvist having to interfere. Pär Törnblom's late challenge caught a Risögrund IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pär Törnblom helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mariestad RK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Pär Törnblom hit a great ball. A hard shot by Aleksander Mogren from long distance, 74 minutes into the match, got Elliott Berg's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 76 minutes, Otto Cane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariestad RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otto Cane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Hampus Winström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harry Törnkvist was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. When Jens-Ove Björk came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Mariestad RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Ove Björk couldn't finish the play. Harry Törnkvist came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Mariestad RK's Hampus Winström. But to his dismay, Hampus Winström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Risögrund IF's Harry Törnkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Cane in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Mariestad RK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
