The audience thought a goal was coming when Sixten Ljungberg got free with Gilbert Alströmmer in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Fritz Vennerdal came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Ljusterö RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fritz Vennerdal couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the game, Tommy Jakobsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C AEROSMITH's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ljusterö RK the free kick. The supporters of Ljusterö RK booed when F.C AEROSMITH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orvar Billberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in F.C AEROSMITH's zone, Malcolm Johnsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcus Holmstedt came out of the goal and Malcolm Johnsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcus Holmstedt stood somewhat misplaced when Fritz Vennerdal came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 70 minute. After 74 played minutes Ljusterö RK got a freekick which was hit by Olov Paulin. Sixten Ljungberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gilbert Alströmmer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilbert Alströmmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orvar Billberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96thth minute of the game Fritz Vennerdal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C AEROSMITH's Marcus Holmstedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
