Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Evangelista Soret got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Evangelista Soret ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claes Bocklund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 7th minute Evangelista Soret suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Calle Rosén charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Calle Rosén the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. NorthEast Gothenburg made a substitution. Rickard Blom replaced Evangelista Soret. 7 minutes into the game, one of Holsljunga:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Holsljunga:s Claes Bocklund showed great skill when he stopped Kent Vallin:s penalty. Claes Bocklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Blom in the 11th minute of the match. Ali Baran Derem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Holsljunga booed when NorthEast Gothenburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Arne Hökqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rickard Blom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ali Baran Derem came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the NorthEast Gothenburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Baran Derem couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickard Blom in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claes Bocklund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claes Bocklund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rickard Blom's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Nicklas Maripuu notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Holsljunga's Claes Bocklund. Claes Bocklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. NorthEast Gothenburg's Kent Vallin got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When NorthEast Gothenburg's Rickard Blom in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Holsljunga's goalie prevented a goal. When Bengt-Arne Hökqvist came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the NorthEast Gothenburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt-Arne Hökqvist couldn't finish the play. Claes Bocklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickard Blom, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Rickard Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Claes Bocklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
NorthEast Gothenburg's Kent Vallin got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bengt-Arne Hökqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claes Bocklund having to make a save. Rickard Bloms short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Claes Bocklund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Johan Lundström fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holsljunga's protests and gave Johan Lundström a yellow card for diving instead. Johan Lundström hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Sebastian Ivarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rickard Blom did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Claes Bocklund 69 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Nicklas Maripuu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claes Bocklund. Holsljunga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicklas Maripuu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Claes Bocklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickard Blom, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. NorthEast Gothenburg made a substitution. Henry Holmberg replaced Nicklas Maripuu. In the 90thth minute of the game Rickard Blom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holsljunga's Claes Bocklund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bengt-Arne Hökqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rickard Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Bocklund having to interfere. Johan Lundström hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the match was over NorthEast Gothenburg could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Holsljunga throughout the match.
