With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kaj Abelsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kaj Abelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakub Chazon in the 6th minute of play. When Djurhamn's Rickard Felin in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Palamós's goalie prevented a goal. In the 10th minute, Jakub Chazon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kaj Abelsson. The goal made the score 1-0. Kaj Abelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Chazon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC Palamós's zone, Rickard Felin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anders Lindblom came out of the goal and Rickard Felin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Jakub Chazon managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Palamós's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakub Chazon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaj Abelsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niklas Lind got free with Kaj Abelsson in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jakub Chazon made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Djurhamn's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Lind came free, but Kaj Abelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Lind couldn't finish the play. Kaj Abelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Lind, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 79th match minute, FC Palamós was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Fridlund to maneuver through the defense. Rickard Felin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Lindblom having to interfere. Niklas Lind hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes FC Palamós got a freekick which was hit by Emil Fridlund. After 90 minutes, Alexander Berglund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Palamós and the Djurhamn players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rickard Felin couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the game, Jan-Ove Lind recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anders Lindblom. Jan-Ove Lind showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Djurhamn eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
