In the 19th minute, Marcus Ferm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 20 minutes, Gustav Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hajom's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustav Lund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Gunnarn IFK's Marcus Ferm got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Sebastian Danielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Lindholm having to interfere. Mattias Wallengren might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Lindholm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mattias Wallengren ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute Per Söderquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Albäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Gunnarn IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Bennet came free, but Daniel Albäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th match minute, Hajom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Levander to maneuver through the defense. Hajom's David Lindholm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Hajom from getting a goal against them. Sebastian Danielsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but David Lindholm made a huge save. Mattias Wallengren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Lindholm having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivar Bennet to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Hajom booed when Gunnarn IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvin Vassenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Ivar Bennet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hajom's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivar Bennet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Albäck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Danielsson in the 60th minute of play forced Hajom's goalkeeper David Lindholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Gustav Lund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustav Lund couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute, Ivar Bennet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hajom's David Lindholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Danielsson in the 79th minute of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Sebastian Danielsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hajom's David Lindholm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lars-Erik Snell was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 92 minutes into the match. The referee gave Hajom a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sakarias Lundberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gunnarn IFK's Daniel Albäck. 0-2. Gunnarn IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Danielsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Lindholm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hajom had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
